KRASNODAR. July 25 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian Interior Minister Boris Gryzlov said that by finding an explosives cache in the village of Tolstopaltsevo, Moscow region, the law enforcement agencies prevented a minimum of five terrorist acts.
While talking to the press in Krasnodar, Gryzlov said the so- called "shahid belts" found in Tolstopaltsevo are currently being examined. "We are checking the belts for similarities with those used in Tushino and the explosive device that was intended to be used on Tverskaya Street," Gryzlov said.
The test results will be known in the near future, he said.
When asked whether the people related to this cache had been located, Gryzlov said, "Of course." "If we have found this cache, it means we know who is related to it. First we found the people and then the cache," he said.
