Multilateral document could settle North Korean problem - Moscow

MOSCOW. Aug 13 (Interfax-AVN) - Moscow believes that the signing of a multilateral document on security guarantees for North Korea could settle the crisis over North Korea.

"Such an agreement could be signed either by four countries - North Korea, the U.S., Russia and China, or by six countries - the above-mentioned states plus Japan and South Korea. It might be a joint statement or any other document with the same status," a Russian diplomat told Interfax on Wednesday.
