MOSCOW/TALLINN. Sept 18 (Interfax-AVN) - The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) will not comment on the allegations made by Tarmo Turkson, head of the Estonian counterintelligence service, about Russian intelligence attempting to use Estonian diplomats to obtain secret information, SVR press bureau head Boris Labusov told Interfax on Thursday.
Turkson said in an article published in the Eesti Express weekly that "the Russian intelligence service tries to obtain information through Estonian diplomats."
"Moscow is, above all, after NATO and European Union secrets, to which Estonian diplomats became privy some time ago," the article says.
