FBI experts to teach Moldovan policemen

CHISINAU. Sept 25 (Interfax-AVN) - Experts of the U.S. Federal Bureau of Intelligence (FBI) will hold a special training course for a group of Moldovan Interior Ministry officers, a source in the ministry told Interfax-Military News Agency.

"Special courses for Moldovan Interior Ministry officers opened in Chisinau on Thursday. They are read by four FBI instructors," the source said.

Ten officers of the Chisinau police and their 30 colleagues from commissioner's officers of other Moldovan regions will study methods of combating crime for a week, the source noted.

FBI instructors have been reading such courses in Moldova since 1992. Interior Ministry experts say their efficiency is "extremely high."
