MOSCOW. Nov 12 (Interfax-AVN) - A source in the Russian Defense Ministry has confirmed to Interfax-Military News Agency that the third session of the NATO-Russia Council originally scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed to a later date.
"Brussels says the reason behind the postponement is non- completion of several documents that were supposed to be discussed at the session. However the fact that the decision on the postponement was made at the last moment when Armed Forces Chief-of-Staff Anatoly Kvashnin had already left for Brussels caused perplexity, to say the least, in the Russian Defense Ministry," the source said.
"The date of the session, the composition of participants, and issues on the agenda were cleared with all participants beforehand," he noted.
