Moldova, Transdnestria, OSCE helped make peace plan - Russia

MOSCOW. Nov 26 (Interfax-AVN) - Moldova, its breakaway Transdnestrian region and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe helped Russia develop its proposals for the settlement of the long-standing Moldova-Transdnestria conflict, a senior Kremlin aide said on Wednesday.

"We reached an agreement with the OSCE mission in Chisinau that they would develop a political document and we would simultaneously work on purely legal aspects of building the future state," Dmitry Kozak, first deputy chief of the presidential staff, told a news conference at the Interfax main office in Moscow.

He said those involved in the effort exchanged documents they had worked out.
