MAKHACHKALA. Dec 16 (Interfax-AVN) - A rebel group has left the Dagestani village of Galatli and released all its hostages, a duty officer from the Tsunti district interior department told Interfax.
"The information we have suggests that they left the village at around midnight. All 11 hostages were released," the duty officer said.
