No casualties in the Tula Artillery Institute fire - Emergencies Ministry

MOSCOW. Jan 9 (Interfax-AVN) - According to the Russian Emergencies Ministry, there are no casualties or victims in the Tula Military Artillery Institute fire.

"No one has been injured in the Tula Artillery Institute fire," Colonel Viktor Beltsov, deputy chief of the Russian Emergency Ministry public relations directorate, told Interfax- Military News Agency on Friday.

Beltsov said that the roof of the four-storey brick laboratory building was on fire.

"The total area on fire equals about 200 sq. m. A total of 25 fire-fighting crews are involved in suppressing fire," Beltsov said.
