MOSCOW. Jan 12 (Interfax-AVN) - Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov will analyze problems of contracted servicemen's recruitment in the Krasnoyarsk territory during a working trip to the Siberian military district that starts on Monday, the Defense Ministry's press service reported.
Ivanov will hold a conference in the military commissioner's office of the territory which will address problems of citizens' preparation for military service and recruitment for contracted service, the report reads.
In addition, the minister will check combat readiness and study routine duty of the district's units.
Ivanov will also attend a conference involving chiefs of regions forming part of the Siberian federal district which will discuss arrangement of interaction between the Siberian military district command and other law-enforcement agencies, state bodies and local self-government.
The minister's trip ends on Thursday.
