MOSCOW. Jan 14 (Interfax-AVN) - The Armed Forces General Staff will consider the country's concept for air and space defense on January 19, Air Force Commander Vladimir Mikhailov told a news conference in Moscow on Wednesday.
"Active efforts are currently in progress to develop the country's air and space defense. We have been working on it for more than six months," Mikhailov said.
