MOSCOW. Jan 30 (Interfax-AVN) - Moscow and Washington's viewpoints on Iran's nuclear program are coming closer, a Russian Foreign Ministry source told Interfax, commenting on the results of Thursday's negotiations between U.S. Undersecretary for Arms Control and National Security John Bolton in Moscow.
"We share a common position on the issue. Today, the issue is not fighting the lack of transparency in Iran's nuclear program, but implementing the resolution of the IAEA board of governors on Iran," the source said.
He said that a meeting of the IAEA board, where the organization's chief, Mohammed Al-Baradei, will report on progress in carrying out the resolution, will take place in March.
"The situation around Iran will in time become more depoliticized and enter a phase of technical interaction," the source said.
