MOSCOW. Feb 9 (Interfax-AVN) - The Russian government has issued a resolution reassigning the State Small-Size Vessels Inspection to the Emergencies Ministry, the government information department reported on Monday.
The inspection will be transferred from the Natural Resources Ministry in order to improve the unified state system of emergency situations prevention and liquidation, the report reads. The inspection's personnel totaling 8,700 will be preserved.
The Emergencies Ministry is instructed to submit the draft statute of the State Small-Size Vessels Inspection to the government within three months.
