KYIV. Feb 11 (Interfax-AVN) - A NATO delegation led by Military Committee Chairman Harald Kujat will visit Ukraine from Wednesday to Friday, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry's press service reported.
"Implementation of the state program of Ukrainian Armed Forces reform and development for up to 2005 and the current state and prospects of military cooperation will be discussed during the visit," a press service official told Interfax- Military News Agency.
While staying in Ukraine, Kujat will meet with Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovich, Defense Minister Yevhen Marchuk, Chief of Staff Oleksandr Zatynaiko, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) committee on national security and defense Georgy Kryuchkov, First Deputy Foreign Minister Oleksandr Chaliy and head of the National Euro-Altantic Integration Center Volodymyr Gorbulin.
According to the press service, the NATO delegation is planning to visit the Ukrainian detached presidential regiment and National Defense Academy.
