MOSCOW. Feb 24 (Interfax-AVN) - President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday dismissed the Russian government, the Kremlin press service told Interfax.
Putin also announced the government's dismissal in a speech televised by Russia's Rossiya and First Channel.
