BERN. March 1 (Interfax-AVN) - Switzerland has confirmed to the Russian embassy that the suspected killer of the Sky Guide air traffic controller is a citizen of Russia.
"A few minutes ago, Switzerland told us that he is a Russian citizen, Vitaly Kaloyev," an embassy staff member told Interfax on the condition of anonymity.
The Russian embassy is currently working on holding a meeting between consular workers and Kaloyev, he said. "The Swiss authorities said the meeting would take place. I think it will happen soon," he noted.
