MOSCOW. March 29 (Interfax-AVN) - NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer is expected to pay a working visit to Moscow on April 7 and 8, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Monday.
Interfax has learned from a diplomatic source that talks between the NATO secretary general and Russian Foreign and Defense Ministers Sergei Lavrov and Sergei Ivanov will deal with current and future cooperation between Russia and NATO.
The Russia-NATO Council will gather at the level of foreign ministers in Brussels ahead of the NATO secretary general's visit to Moscow.
