MOSCOW. Aug 2 (Interfax-AVN) - A third suspect in the Chechen President Akhmad Kadyrov murder case has been arrested, law enforcement officials said.
"A militant suspected of involvement in the terrorist attack carried out in Grozny on May 9 was detained in Dagestan and an arrest warrant was later issued for him," Russian Deputy Prosecutor General Sergei Fridinsky told Interfax on Monday.
"The man is giving evidence, which is being checked by the investigators," he said.
The first two suspects in the case, aged 22 and 28, were arrested in June. They have already confessed to the crime.
The explosion that occurred at Grozny's Dinamo stadium on May 9 killed six people, including Chechen President Akhmad Kadyrov and Chechen State Council Chairman Khusein Isayev.
