MOSCOW. Aug 5 (Interfax-AVN) - The Prosecutor General's Office has opened a criminal investigation into the crash of a Mi- 8 helicopter in the Tyumen region, a source in the Russian Prosecutor General's Office's Information and Public relations Department told Interfax-Military News Agency.
"According to preliminary data, the crash was caused by an engine malfunction," a source in the Prosecutor General's Office said.
