TBILISI. Aug 10 (Interfax-AVN) - Georgian policemen found the body of South Ossetian Economics Minister Ruslan Pliyev in the Liakhva River near the Georgian village of Tamarasheni on Tuesday, the Georgian Interior Ministry's press service told Interfax-Military News Agency.
The policemen examined the body and did not find any injuries or evidence of violence, the press service said.
Pliyev went missing on August 9. His car was found in a roadside ditch near the Liakhva not far from the village of Kekhvi. Pliyev is believed to have died in a car accident.
