MOSCOW. Aug 25 (Interfax-AVN) - The Volga-Aviaexpress TU-134 Crusty and Siberia Airlines TU-154 Candid airliners that crashed on Wednesday night had undergone all necessary technical preparations before their departure, said a press release from Domodedovo international airport.
"Both airliners went through the standard procedure of preparation for flight in accordance with the demands of Russian aviation authorities and security structures," said the release.
"The airport's services fully carried out all operations included in aviation safety regulation rules. The procedures were carried out properly," the press release said.
