Moscow says Tbilisi anti-Russia rally must end before talks

MOSCOW. Aug 27 (Interfax-AVN) - Moscow will not hold talks with Tbilisi as long as an anti-Russian demonstration is in progress outside the Russian Embassy in the Georgian capital, the Foreign Ministry said in a press release issued on Friday.

"Undoubtedly, we view any contacts or talks with Georgia as impossible - whether on military issues or the 'larger' treaty - amid this bacchanalia that is taking place outside the Russian Embassy in Tbilisi," said the release.
