Beslan recovery plan to be put together in five days (part 2)

MOSCOW. Sept 3 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov has ordered the preparation of a draft plan over the next five days to overcome the consequences of the Beslan tragedy, Alexander Zharov, the prime minister's press secretary, said.

"Fradkov has ordered the preparation and submission to the Cabinet of Ministers within five days of draft government decisions on the rehabilitation of victims, the provision of aid to the families of wounded and killed citizens, and also on the restoration of the school building in Beslan," Zharov told Interfax.

He said that these orders have been given to the Russian Health Ministry, the Finance Ministry, the Economic Development and Trade Ministry, the Emergency Situations Ministry, the Education Ministry and the government of North Ossetia.
