MOSCOW. Sept 29 (Interfax-AVN) -- Russian Security Council secretary Igor Ivanov said he hopes the authorities in Qatar will allow the extradition of two Russians sentenced in the Gulf state for life.
"We continue energetic efforts for the return of our nationals to Russia. We hope we will achieve that in the nearest future," Ivanov told a Wednesday news conference at the Interfax central office in Moscow.
