Arsenal discovered in private house in Ingushetia

KHANKALA/GROZNY. Nov 1 (Interfax-AVN) - Policemen and security services have discovered a large arsenal in a private house in the village of Nesterovskaya in Ingushetia's Sunzhenskaya district, a military spokesman told Interfax on Monday.

The arsenal included an anti-tank guided missile launcher, an automatic grenade launcher, two mines, a flame-thrower, a home-made mortar, grenades for a shoulder-held anti-tank grenade-launcher, several barrels for a surface-to-air missile launcher, 105 rounds for a shoulder-held grenade launcher, 7,200 cartridges, night glasses and military uniforms, said federal forces spokesman Ilya Shabalkin.

The Chechen Interior Ministry's press service has reported that three caches have been discovered in the Oktyabrsky district of Grozny, as well as in the Naurskaya an Achkhoi-Martan districts of Chechnya.

A schoolboy suffered shrapnel injuries when a booby trap exploded in Chechnya's Naurskaya district, the press service said.
