MOSCOW. Nov 11 (Interfax-AVN) - The investigation into the case on Nurpashi Kulayev, one of the gunmen who took more than 1,000 people hostage in a school in the North Ossetian town of Beslan, will be finished this year, Deputy Prosecutor General Vladimir Kolesnikov told Interfax on Thursday.
Kolesnikov made this announcement at a two and a half hour session of the parliamentary commission that is investigating the circumstances surrounding the terrorist attack. Vladimir Yakovlev, former presidential envoy to the South Federal District, attended the session as well.
Kulayev is the only terrorist who was detained alive after the terror attack.
