MOSCOW. Nov 15 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian Security Council Secretary Igor Ivanov and France's Secretary General of National Defense Francis Delon met in the Kremlin on Monday and discussed the fight against international terrorism, the Russian Security Council press service told Interfax.
"The two men discussed issues of international security, in particular the nonproliferation of weapons of mass destruction, countering drug trafficking and fighting organized crime," a spokesman said.
"They expressed interest in promoting working contacts between the Russian Security Council and the French Secretariat General of National Defense" the spokesman said.
