Russia, India settle problems in arms cooperation

NEW DELHI. Dec 3 (Interfax-AVN) - Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said India and Russia have managed to settle all problems in military-technical cooperation.

Bilateral military-technical cooperation is advancing further and problems in spare parts deliveries for Russian equipment have been settled, Singh told a news conference in New Delhi on Friday.

In accordance with an agreement reached during talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Russia and India will go beyond seller-buyer relations and start developing joint research programs and joint ventures.
