UDOMLYA, Tver Region. Dec 16 (Interfax-AVN) - President Vladimir Putin thinks it necessary to increase the financing for nuclear security in Russia.
Foreign aid for Russian nuclear security has totaled $500 million, while national allocations reach $733 million, Putin told the State Council Presidium on Thursday.
"This is not enough. We should think about larger domestic and external financing," he said.
