MOSCOW. Dec 31 (Interfax-AVN) - The anonymous telephone call on Friday about a bombing device allegedly planted in the House of Government in Grozny, Chechnya has proved a false alarm, Ruslan Atsayev, press secretary of the Chechen Interior Ministry, told Interfax on the telephone on Friday.
Following the call, Chechen law enforcement agencies carried out a thorough check of the building.
"Nothing out of the ordinary has happened (in Chechnya - Interfax), everything is quiet and under control," Atsayev said.
