ROSTOV-ON-DON/MAKHACHKALA. Jan 18 (Interfax-South) - Chechen police have detained two militants, a law enforcement source told Interfax on Tuesday.
It has been determined that the two belonged to a militant group that committed several crimes in the Shali district, including attacks on police officers and the murder of civilians, the source said.
